Interesting. I remember taking those Meyers-Briggs/Jung personality tests constantly in high school (it seemed like every time you had a Health or Psychology class, you had to take it) and I always consistently scored as an ENFP (Extroverted Intuitive Feeling Perceiving) - even as recently as a few years after high school, I remember taking one of these tests online and getting the same score.
It seems that I’ve changed. I took it once again, and I’m almost completely the opposite now - INTJ (though my Introvert score is very close to the middle - as I’ve always been right in the middle of those two, I just used to score more on the Extrovert side). Apparently I’m now a “Mastermind”, as explained by Marina Margaret Heiss:

As a few of you know already, I spent the past week or so moving… no, not to South Korea (at least not yet), just across town to a nicer apartment complex. Getting the internet hooked up over here has been some DRAMA… first of all, Time Warner couldn’t even send a guy out here until we had been here for an entire week, and then the girl that they sent turned out to be… well, possibly retarded, I’m not quite sure what her deal was. She basically told us that someone had spliced into our cable and fucked us over to the point that we would have to use dial-up in order have ANY internet access at all. So she hooked that up for us, and then told us it’d be two to three WEEKS before a contractor could come out and fix the cable for us. Um, ew. I said yes, but then we called the company and told them that if they really put us out of internet for an entire MONTH, we’d have no choice but to switch services as my job requires internet access. So they told us they’d send someone out within two days.
Of course, the day before he was supposed to show up, even the dial-up stopped working, so we were even MORE pissed off than before.
Here’s where it gets either hilarious or annoying, depending on how you look at it. The contractor took one look at the cable hookups, and called the company to yell at them. Apparently, there was nothing wrong with the cable, the girl was just a GIANT FUCKING IDIOT and tried to connect our cable to the DirectTV connections & box, or whatever it is that DirectTV uses. Once he switched everything over to the correct, Time Warner hookups, everything worked beautifully.
All in all, it took something like 15 days to get our cable & internet hooked up properly. Ugh. I HAD TO MISS THE TOP CHEF FINALE, OMG! Although, since Bravo reruns the fuck out of their shows, it was on literally like 5 minutes after the cable got turned on. And as much as I completely adore Richard - he was my pick within, like, the first 5 minutes of the first episode - Stephanie was probably the only one, other than Dale, that I felt could really compete with him… so her winning was pretty awesome, in my eyes. I also loved that we got to see Dale in the last 5 minutes of the finale, looking pretty much like the hottest thing ever in a nice suit. To quote Annie, that is one fine piece of Filipino ass, my friends.

WHAT IS GOING ON.
Seriously, Lisa has to either be fucking a producer or like, blackmailing Padma & Tom somehow.

So in some rather sudden & unfortunate news, it turns out that we will NOT be renewing our lease at the current apartment (our lease is about to end, like, a week from now). Why? Because a few days ago, I woke up and went downstairs and smelled this strange, plastic-y/burning odor. After some searching, we found the source - one of the electrical outlets was having some kind of crazy fuckup and the socket had MELTED. So yeah, that’s extremely worrisome and so we have to get out of here ASAP so we don’t die in an electrical fire. Obviously we’ve stopped using that outlet (well, duh) but it’s still pretty scary. So I’ve been spending the past few days looking at apartments all over the city. I don’t even really care where I live right now, it’s more about finding enough space, somewhere dog-friendly (ie, not on a busy road in case my dumbass Boxer decides to shoot out the door), and somewhere cheap enough that we can really begin saving money for the South Korea thing. But yeah, how inconvenient and last-minute could this possibly get? SO stressing out right now.
It doesn’t help that I’m still totally in mourning over my beloved eye-candy Dale getting booted off of Top Chef last week - especially now that head judge Tom Colicchio made it rather clear in his blog that if he hadn’t taken that week off and let Anthony Bourdain take his spot as head judge, Dale would still be there. I love me some No Reservations, but right now, Mr. Bourdain is totally on my shitlist.
Thank God for the No Booty Calls video finally appearing to help take my mind off the bullshit. Decks.

For the past week or so, the boyfriend has started looking into teaching English in South Korea. We have a few friends who do that currently, but both of them were given an apartment/dorm by the school/program/whatever they went over with. If my boyfriend decides to do this, not only will I be accompanying him (I’ve always kind of felt like I wanted to live abroad someday, why not Asia?) as well as our animals. Has anyone ever been/moved to/lived in Korea before? I know it’s supposed to be relatively affordable from what my friends say, but I’m interested in how hard it is to find an apartment that allows dogs, what kind of culture shock should we expect, and so on and so forth. Any advice would be welcomed with open arms!
In other news, if AIM prompts you to upgrade? DON’T. I did and now I can’t even fucking USE the stupid program - the first time anyone IMs me, AIM freezes and I have to CTRL+ALT+DELETE and shut it down. So if any of y’all have been wondering where I’ve been… well, let’s just say IRC is just about all I’ve got right now. Blech.
Has anyone ever promoted/dealt with Neon Dollars before? I signed up because they’re currently offering a $150 bonus to new webmasters, and managed to snag a sale in my first day having their links up… but it seems that they don’t actually have the biggest base of cam models. I think that Neon Cams is new, though, but I might be mistaken? Oh well, we’ll see… cross your fingers that they do well, though, since their 30% commission is LIFETIME, unlike AWE, which is only a 14-day cookie. So yeah.

Uh… hi? Hello. Long time no see, I know. Yeah, anyhow. First things first, while I will always & forever love Anya, I’m actually pretty happy with Whitney’s win of this cycle of America’s Next Top Model. Conspiracy theories and whatnot aside, she’s gorgeous, a damn good model, and she’ll make a great Cover Girl. Congratulations, Whitney!
I finally ended my reign of terror as the #1 do-nothing slacker of the internet last week. Refilling my Adderall prescription is a good idea, you know? It’s nice to once again be able to think, like, COHERENTLY. As much as I really do hate it (I’ve always been one who prefers being in complete control of my own mind - thus why I’ve never even really been tempted to try drugs - and why I was so reluctant to try Adderall in the first place… also, it costs so fucking much - $100 a month for GENERICS), I can’t deny how it tends to bring all my scattered-ass thoughts back together. But still, the idea that I’m somewhat reliant on these pills to make my brain work properly kind of bugs me. Then again, without them I tend to forget words and/or what I was talking about or what just happened. So, yeah.
Anyhow, Creepypasta is still rocking it out, averaging about 300 hits each day. I’m loving how many people are leaving comments, too. It may not be a huge moneymaker (although Google AdSense and WidgetBucks ARE bringing in some revenue), but it’s still a lot of fun.
I decided to expand into a (completely) new (to me) niche as well: witness Tales Of Hentai. I’ve never really been into anime & such, although I do remember having to watch Spirited Away for my East Asian Humanities class in college and liking it… but anyhow, I noticed that even the text links I’d thrown up as an afterthought on Super Hero Fetish tended to convert well, so why not try out an entire site dedicated to the hentai/comic genre? So far it’s looking good - it’s only a few days old (don’t be fooled by my backdated entries, ha) and has already brought in three sales. Let’s hope that those conversions are a sign of success to come, right?
Lastly, is anyone else out there watching Top Chef? I need someone to talk about Richard’s awesomeness and Dale’s hotness with, thanks.

Does anyone out there know of any hidden gems when it comes to archives of free WordPress themes? I’m trying to launch a new website or two, but I’m so damned picky about layouts… and I just canNOT find anything that I like enough at the normal standbys (WPThemesFree, etc). Help, y’all. I’ve seriously been looking through themes for like two weeks now and I just hate them all! Ugh. I’m getting totally cranky.

How has the Google PageRank update treated everyone?
It went decently for me - pretty much as expected, honestly. No page rank change for this website (still 0), which is to be expected with how much I discuss things like PPP and other things that Google dislikes, so I’m not exactly disappointed or surprised.
Most websites remained the same: Gamer Hero (3), Posh Freebies, liquidLOVEonline (2), Consumer Sex Reports (1), Super Hero Fetish (2), Kung Pao Cuties (3), Kitten Kills You (2), Lux Alterna (2), and Rate A Cam Girl (2).
A few went up - mostly new websites that were previously unranked: Cherry Delish (0 to 2), Craving Curves (0 to 2), Celebrity Sex Comics (0 to 2), Gamer Fetish (0 to 2), Pink Glam Girls (0 to 1), Domino Doggie (0 to 1 - I’m pretty amused by this, considering this has a whopping two posts), and Hustle Honeys (0 to 1).
The only old website that gained any PR was, for some reason, Caramel Cams - up from 1 to 3. Huh.
Posh Vice dropped from 2 to 0, which, again, I was forewarned would happen as a result of PPP. Oh well =P And Creepypasta is still too new for any changes, I think.
So how’d things go for everyone else?
